ABOUT US
Living Life Support Services (LLSS) is a family owned and operated company with a passion for building greater life outcomes for children and young adults who live with a disability. We are a company that works closely with families to feel safe and secure with their Life Style Assistants, enabling young people to 'live your life your way'. Our vision is to change the face of disability and move from a carer mindset to that of a Life Style Assistant, helping our young people live the life they choose.
Our mission is to empower and enable young people to give life a go and choose their own path. To promote a change in attitudes to disability support, training Life Style assistants and not baby sitters. At LLSS, we aim to work with families and young people to connect with their local community. With the support of a Life Style assistant, build friendships and encourage new skills in order to promote greater independence. We understand that each family and young persons’ needs are individual and aim to work with everyone to develop their own unique goals and lifestyle outcomes.
We provide support for participants with both physical and medical disabilities. To use our services the participants must be either Plan Managed or Self Managed. We are not a registered NDIS provider but we do strictly adhere to the NDIS standards.
OUR TEAM
Michelle Windt - Managing Director

LLSS was born out of a desire to create a better world for my son and his friends regardless of their physical limitations. A world where friendships would be fostered and maintained during and beyond the school years. A world where, despite any boundaries they could always be challenged and encouraged to be their absolute best. I have always believed that friendships are crucial to everyone’s wellbeing and watching many people in similar situations lose those contacts was a driving force in establishing a service where connection matters.
LLSS has taken on a life of its own, guided by key staff coming on board with the same passion and drive. These wonderful people who have collectively over 50 years experience in the world of disability have added value and depth to create a shared vision greater than I could have hoped for alone. Together our staff, families and participants have created a safe, fun space in which we can all grow and learn, enjoy life to the full and be our best. What started as hope by one has become a reality that is now shared by many.
Catherine Collinge - Client Services Manager / Day Program Manager

Hi, I'm Cath. I have over 15 years experience working with young people with disabilities in the education field, initially as a teacher's aide supporting students with physical disability in mainstream schools. Then, after gaining teaching qualifications while juggling study, work and family life I started work as a Special Ed Teacher in 2009 teaching students with physical disabilities and complex health impairments. I have a strong passion for inclusiveness and believe that everyone has the right to learn and to have their voice heard. In 2020 I was excited to embark on a new career here at LLSS.

I have worked closely with many children, teens and adults with a variety of physical and intellectual disabilities in my time at LLSS, with the aim to assist them in living their life to the fullest. I have a passion for inclusiveness and ensuring every participant has the opportunity to take part in all activities. My spare time consists of sports and DJing. I try to bring that energy and enthusiasm when I meet and work with all participants!

Hi my name is Annie and I have worked in specialist schools for the last 16 years in the role of Education Support. I began working at LLSS in 2019, both in In Home Support and Short Term Accommodation.
I’m excited to take on the role as one of the Program Leaders in the day program.
I am very passionate about participant's individual needs being supported within the program. Also, providing a safe, respectful and most of all fun environment for everyone involved.
Jacinta Palancian - Day Program Leader

Hi there!
My name is Jacinta and I have been working with LLSS since 2018. Being surrounded with the world of support work my whole life, I am so grateful to take on that role myself and help other families the way LLSS has helped mine.
I have completed a Cert 4 in Disability and Leisure Health and am currently working towards completing a bachelor's degree.
LLSS has opened my eyes to the amazing possibilities that exist for our participants. I can’t wait to see the many things our participants will achieve in the future.
